Q: Can the signboard be customized when booking the “Airport Pick-up with Signboard Service”? A: Yes. If you have special requests for the signboard, please note them in the remarks when placing the order. (e.g. company name, Chinese name, nickname, etc.)
Q: For “Airport Pick-up Service”, how should I fill in the flight arrival and transfer time? (Flight arrival time – on time) A: Please provide the flight number and scheduled arrival time only. The driver will wait up to 90 minutes for free, based on the actual landing time of your flight. If the passenger does not clear customs within this time, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be provided.
Q: How is the “number of passengers” calculated? A:
5-seater vehicle: 1–3 passengers
9-seater vehicle: 4–7 passengers
If a child seat is used, each child seat reduces the passenger capacity by 1 person. The fee for each child seat is NT$200, please note it in the order and pay directly to the driver on-site.
If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service without refund.
Q: Can I modify my booking after confirmation? A: If you need to change a confirmed airport transfer booking, please contact KKday customer service. Changes are not accepted within 3 days before departure. For urgent changes, a modification handling fee may apply.
Q: Where do I meet the driver? A:
(1) Airport Pick-up Service
With Signboard Service: An airport representative will wait for you at the arrival hall (after customs, on your right-hand side) holding a sign with your name. The representative will guide you to the vehicle.
Without Signboard Service: After collecting your luggage, please proceed to:
Terminal 1: Exit 20
Terminal 2: Exit 28
Please inform the driver that you have arrived. The driver will pick you up from the airport parking area or nearby roadside. Friendly reminder: Waiting is not allowed outside the terminal and may result in fines, so please allow 5–10 minutes for the driver to arrive at the exit.
(2) Airport Drop-off Service: The driver will pick you up at the entrance of your designated hotel or address. You may identify the vehicle by the license plate number provided in the message, or ask the hotel front desk to call the driver to confirm arrival.
Service vehicle details (license plate number / driver name / contact number) will be sent to you via SMS or messaging apps around 19:00 on the day before your service. Please make sure to check your messages. (We recommend adding our customer service LINE: @hu888 in advance.)
Please note that the assigned vehicle type or driver may be adjusted due to operational arrangements on the day of service without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the booking details and affects ride quality, we shall not be held responsible. If an overload is identified on-site due to mismatched passenger or luggage numbers, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
In case of any emergency on the service day, please contact the emergency number provided on your voucher or message.
Child seats are available for children under 4 years old. Each vehicle can accommodate a maximum of one child seat. The fee is NT$200 per seat. Please note it in your booking and pay directly to the driver on-site. According to Taiwan law, children under 4 years old must use a child seat. If refused, the driver has the right to deny service without refund.
For additional drop-off points, a surcharge of NT$200–NT$1,000 will apply. The exact fee will be stated on your voucher. Please pay the driver directly on-site. Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats, reducing the passenger capacity by one per seat used.
