• Pick-up Areas: Taipei Main Station, Zhongshan District, Datong District, Zhongzheng District, Wanhua District, Da’an District • Non-Service Areas: Xinyi District, Shilin District (excluding mountain areas), Songshan District, Beitou District, Neihu District, Nangang District, Wenshan District, Tamsui District Travelers staying in New Taipei City are requested to gather at Taipei Main Station West Gate 3.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for this tour to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision regarding tour cancellation will be made one day before departure (local time 18:00). Any updates will be notified via email.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. In order to avoid delays to the following schedule, the shuttle will depart on time and late arrivals will not be accommodated.

This is a shared shuttle tour, and vehicle arrangements will depend on the number of participants on the day. A 9-seater vehicle may be used for the service. The onboard service staff may communicate with travelers using translation software, so please take this into consideration before booking.

Please make sure to check your booking messages the day before departure, download the required apps in advance, join the group accordingly, and ensure your mobile phone is reachable.

Group tours and individual package tour products are subject to the Domestic Travel Standard Contract regulated by the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Taiwan. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the Domestic Individual Travel Contract / Domestic Travel Standard Contract.

Adults and children are charged the same price. For children under 4 years old, according to Taiwan traffic regulations, a child safety seat is required. The fee must be paid directly to the driver on-site. Please indicate this requirement in the booking remarks. This is a fixed shared-shuttle itinerary. Temporary changes to attractions or route adjustments are not permitted. Please follow the scheduled stay time at each attraction and cooperate with the driver/guide arrangements. Arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels on the day of travel. Delays or cancellations caused by the above or other force majeure circumstances may occur, and refunds cannot be requested for such reasons. Please keep your identification documents and valuables with you at all times during the trip. Any loss, theft, or damage shall be the traveler’s own responsibility. If a traveler leaves the tour midway on their own, it will be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal, and no refunds will be provided. Any resulting personal or property safety issues shall also be borne by the traveler. In the event of weather issues, strikes, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to postpone the trip or provide a full refund based on official notifications and safety considerations. If the vehicle is stained or damaged due to personal reasons, cleaning and repair costs will be fully charged to the traveler in accordance with Taiwan local regulations. Upon arrival at the attractions, participants will visit the sites on their own. The driver will not accompany guests into the attractions.
