【Sun Moon Lake】
Located in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Sun Moon Lake is named after its two distinct sections, Sun Lake and Moon Lake, which differ in shape and water color. It is Taiwan’s second-largest lake and the largest natural lake and hydroelectric reservoir on the island. Located at an elevation of 736 meters above sea level, the lake has a typical surface area of 7.93 square kilometers and a maximum depth of 27 meters. With its rich natural ecosystem, it is also one of Taiwan’s freshwater lakes with a high diversity of introduced species. Sun Moon Lake is renowned for its beautiful scenery, and the “Autumn Moon over Sun Moon Lake” is one of Taiwan’s Eight Scenic Views.
【Lavender Forest Nantou Jiujui Peaks Helium Balloon Park】
Located in Caotun, Nantou, the Jiujui Peaks Helium Balloon Park is a dreamy mountain-view destination created by Lavender Forest. The park introduced Taiwan’s only high-altitude helium balloon experience from France, featuring the Aerophile ultra-light helium balloon, the same model used at the Paris Olympics. The tethered balloon can rise up to 300 meters, offering visitors a unique perspective overlooking the magnificent Jiujui Peaks landscape and expansive mountain scenery while enjoying a relaxing experience above the ground.
The park also combines a forest atmosphere, open grassland landscapes, and romantic photo spots. It is also home to MORIHICO. Coffee, a renowned independent coffee brand from Hokkaido, which opened its first overseas location here. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund.
In the event of a typhoon, heavy snow, or other severe weather conditions, a decision will be made by 6:00 PM local time one day before departure as to whether the tour will be canceled. You will then be notified by email as soon as possible.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. To avoid affecting the subsequent itinerary, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
This is a shared tour, and the vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants. A 9-seater vehicle will be used for the tour. The accompanying service staff may use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please take this into consideration before booking.

Your final meeting time will be announced in the group. Terms and Conditions for Group or Individual Package Tours
Group or individual package tour products are subject to the Standardized Contract for Domestic Travel prescribed by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, R.O.C. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, agreed to, and accepted the terms and conditions set forth in the Standardized Contract for Individual Domestic Travel / Standardized Contract for Domestic Travel.
Adults and children are charged at the same rate. For children under 4 years old, a child safety seat is required in accordance with Taiwan traffic regulations. An additional fee must be paid directly to the driver. Please indicate this requirement in the booking remarks in advance.
This is a shared tour with a fixed itinerary. Temporary changes to attractions or adjustments to the itinerary are not accepted. Please strictly follow the designated stay time at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the tour guide/driver.
Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, crowd levels, and other circumstances on the day, arrival times at each attraction may vary. In the event of delays or cancellations caused by the above circumstances or other force majeure events, we kindly ask for your understanding. Refunds cannot be requested on the grounds of such delays or changes.
During the tour, please keep your identification documents and valuables with you and take good care of them. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the passenger shall be responsible for the consequences. If a participant leaves the tour on their own during the itinerary, the service will be deemed terminated and no refund will be provided. Any resulting personal injury or property loss shall be borne by the participant.
If the tour is affected by weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other circumstances, the decision will be made based on safety considerations and official notifications. The tour may be postponed or fully refunded accordingly.
If the vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal actions or negligence, the passenger shall be fully responsible for all cleaning, repair, or restoration costs in accordance with local laws and regulations in Taiwan.
Upon arrival at each attraction, participants must proceed to the attraction on their own. The driver is unable to accompany participants into the attraction.
