Please arrive 10 minutes before departure. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. The supplier will reconfirm the pickup time before the tour.
Important Booking Information
Booking Restrictions
During snowfall, road control may be enforced at Taipingshan, and travel is only allowed with a 9-seater vehicle. Customers will be notified in advance depending on weather conditions. If road control is encountered during normal travel in snow, snow chains must be installed at the foot of Taipingshan. The cost will be shared by the passengers on that day (installation cost per vehicle: approximately TWD 3000–4000), payable according to on-site conditions. Guests who do not agree may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
It is not recommended for guests with the following conditions or who may be sensitive to excessive stimulation: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
