Sun Moon Lake
Located in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Sun Moon Lake is named after its two distinct sections—Sun Lake and Moon Lake—each with different water hues. It is Taiwan’s second-largest lake and the largest natural lake, also serving as a hydroelectric reservoir. Situated at an elevation of 736 meters above sea level, the lake covers an area of approximately 7.93 square kilometers, with a maximum depth of 27 meters. Rich in natural ecology, Sun Moon Lake is also known as one of Taiwan’s freshwater lakes with the greatest diversity of introduced species. Renowned for its breathtaking scenery, “Twin Lakes under the Autumn Moon” is celebrated as one of Taiwan’s Eight Scenic Wonders.

Located 8 kilometers north of Wushe along Provincial Highway 14A, Cingjing Farm is famous for its fresh mountain air, lush forests, and colorful seasonal flowers. Purchase Notice
In case of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, the decision on whether the tour will be canceled will be made one day prior to departure (by 18:00 local time). Participants will be notified via email accordingly.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes early. To avoid delays to the itinerary, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
This is a shared car tour. To ensure departure, Chinese-language service is guaranteed, and a 9-seater vehicle will be used. No tour guide will be provided. The on-board staff may communicate with travelers using translation apps. Please review this information carefully before booking.
After your booking is confirmed, please proactively add our official LINE account: @hu888. One day prior to departure, you will be added to a LINE or WhatsApp group, where the final meeting time and important updates will be announced. Please check your booking messages carefully, download the required apps in advance, and ensure your mobile phone has a stable signal.
During the tour, the staff will provide brief explanations on board only. Upon arrival at each attraction, participants will explore the sites independently.
Important Booking Information
The price is the same for adults and children. For children under 4 years old, a child safety seat is required in accordance with Taiwan traffic regulations. An additional fee of NT$300 applies and must be paid in cash directly to the driver. Please note this requirement in the booking remarks.
This is a shared fixed itinerary tour. Changes to attractions or schedule adjustments are not accepted. Please strictly follow the allotted visiting time at each attraction and comply with the guide/driver’s arrangements.
Arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels on the day of travel. Delays or cancellations caused by the above or other force majeure factors are non-refundable.
Please keep your personal documents and valuables with you at all times. The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
If a participant leaves the group mid-tour for personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the tour, and no refund will be issued. Any personal injury or property loss incurred shall be the participant’s sole responsibility.
In case of weather conditions, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors affecting tour operations, decisions will be made based on official notifications. The tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded for safety reasons.
If the vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, cleaning or repair fees will be charged in full to the passenger in accordance with Taiwan local laws.
Due to the long travel distance, explanations will mainly be provided on board the vehicle. Upon arrival at each attraction, participants will explore the area independently.
