Purchase Notice
In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision regarding tour cancellation will be made one day before departure (local time 18:00). Any updates will be notified via email.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. In order to avoid delays to the following schedule, the shuttle will depart on time and late arrivals will not be accommodated.
Important Notice: Due to the narrow roads around Jiufen Old Street, local traffic regulations strictly prohibit temporary vehicle stopping in the area. Therefore, passengers taking the shuttle service will need to walk approximately 5–15 minutes from the meeting point to the designated parking area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
All package prices are for one-way shuttle service only. You may choose either Taipei to Jiufen or Jiufen to Taipei. If you require a round-trip service, please book each direction separately.
Important Booking Information
Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
The supplier will send the driver information and contact details to your email at least one day before the departure date.
Pick-up and drop-off locations can be adjusted flexibly; for locations outside Taipei City, additional fees may apply.
If a child seat is required, please note it on the payment page. Child seats are only suitable for children 0–4 years old, and a fee of TWD 30 must be paid in cash to the driver on the day.
