Q: Can the signboard be customized if I book the “Airport Pickup with Meet-and-Greet (Signboard) Service”? A: Yes. If you have special requests for the signboard, please note them in the remarks when placing your order (e.g. company name, Chinese name, or nickname).

Q: For “Airport Pickup Service,” how should I enter the flight arrival and pickup time? (Flight arrives on time) A: Please provide your flight number and scheduled arrival time. The driver will wait up to 90 minutes for free based on your flight’s actual landing time. If you do not exit customs within this time, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be issued.

Q: How is the “number of passengers” calculated? A:

5-seat vehicle: 1–3 passengers

9-seat vehicle: 4–7 passengers

If a child seat is used, each child seat reduces the passenger capacity by 1 person. The fee is NT$200 per child seat. Please note this in your order and pay the driver on site.

If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be provided.

Q: Can I make changes after the order is confirmed? A: If you need to change a confirmed airport transfer time, please contact KKday Customer Service. Changes are not accepted within 3 days before departure. Any urgent changes may incur an additional modification fee.

Q: Where do I meet the driver? A:

(1) Airport Pickup Service

Meet-and-Greet (Signboard) Service: An airport representative will hold a sign with your name in the arrival hall (to your right after exiting customs). Please look for the sign, and the representative will escort you to the vehicle.

No Signboard Service: After collecting your luggage, please proceed to: • Terminal 1: Exit 20 • Terminal 2: Exit 28 Inform the driver that you have arrived. The driver will pick you up from the airport parking area or perimeter. Please board the vehicle according to the license plate number provided. (Friendly reminder: Vehicles are not allowed to wait at the airport curbside and may be fined, so you may need to wait about 5–10 minutes for the driver to reach the exit.)

(2) Airport Drop-off Service: The driver will pick you up at the entrance of your designated hotel or address. You may board the vehicle using the license plate number provided in the message, or ask the hotel front desk to call the driver to confirm arrival.

Important Booking Information

Vehicle & Service Information

Vehicle details (license plate number / driver’s name / contact phone number) will be sent to guests via SMS between 18:00–21:00 on the day before the service. Please keep an eye on your text messages.

The reserved vehicle model or driver may be adjusted due to same-day vehicle dispatch arrangements. No additional notice will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

We are not responsible for any impact on ride quality caused by exceeding the booked number of passengers or luggage. If the actual number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking and results in overloading, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.

If you encounter any emergency on the day of service, please call the emergency contact number listed on your voucher or message.

Child Seat Policy

Child seats for children under 4 years old are available. Each vehicle can be equipped with a maximum of one child seat. The fee is NT$200 per child seat, please note your request in the order and pay the driver on site.

According to Taiwanese law, children under 4 years old must use a child seat. If a child seat is refused, the driver has the right to deny service and no refund will be issued.

A child seat occupies 1.5 passenger seats. For each child seat used, the maximum passenger capacity will be reduced by one person.

Additional Stop Charges

If multiple drop-off points are required, the additional fee should be paid directly to the driver on site. The surcharge ranges from NT$200 to NT$1,000, with the exact amount shown on the voucher. Please note this request in your order and pay the driver on site.
