The activity requires a minimum of 4 participants to depart. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund.
In case of typhoons, blizzards, or other severe weather conditions, the decision to cancel the tour will be made one day before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will be sent via email at any time afterward.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be waited for in order to avoid delays to the itinerary.
This is a shared transfer tour. Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants, typically using a 9-seater vehicle. On-board staff may use translation apps to communicate with passengers. Please take note before booking.

This product (group or private package tours) is subject to the domestic travel standard contract regulated by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Republic of China (Taiwan). By completing a booking, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the terms of the domestic individual/group travel standard contract.

Adults and children are charged the same price. For children under 4 years old, in accordance with Taiwan traffic regulations, a child safety seat is required at an additional fee of NT$200 (payable in cash to the driver). Please indicate this in the booking remarks.
This is a shared group fixed itinerary. No on-site changes to attractions or schedule adjustments are allowed. Please strictly follow the designated stop durations and instructions from service staff.
During the trip, please keep your identification documents and valuables with you at all times. The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
If a passenger leaves the group midway voluntarily, it will be considered as forfeiting the service, and no refund will be issued. Any resulting risks to personal safety or property will be the passenger’s responsibility.
If any damage or soiling of the vehicle occurs due to personal reasons, all cleaning and repair costs will be fully borne by the passenger according to local laws in Taiwan.
